Pilot Rules

1.   The pilot must own their copy of Flight Simulator 2004/FSX, P3D or X-Plane.

2.   The pilot must be over the age of 14.

2a  The pilot joining must use there real name.

3.   The pilot must show professionalism within the organization and when conducting Online Operations.

4.   All registrations must be submitted by the pilot applying not by anyone else on behalf of the applying pilot.

5.   Pilots must not be abusive or threatening towards other pilots or staff, failure to comply will result in being removed from the virtual airline without notice.

7.   We retain the right to remove any pilot from the virtual airline at any time for any reason we deem fit.

8.  All New pilots must complete there first flight within 7 days of sigining up or they will be removed from the airline.

Company Rules

1.   Flights must have a touchdown rate of -650 fpm or less  or the flight will be rejected.

2.   Every TAV flight is required to be flown with a simulation speed of 1x. Flights flown with a simulation speed greater then 1x are not valid for PIREPs.

3.   Discussion of pirated/torrented/stolen software is prohibited.

4.   Posting of inappropriate content is forbidden.

5.   When flying online and using the TAV callsign, you must not bring the name into disrepute, and be professional at all times.

6.   We accept transfered hours from another V.A. but you must provide images and evidence.

7.   You must complete a flight at least once every 30 days to stay active.

8.   Flights may be paused at any time for as long as a pilot wishes.

9.   Diverts are allowed with the following considerations Normal planning requirements will be reviewed before approval –

      example: was departure fuel correct for the flight route plus VFR/IFR reserves

      Must add a comment to your report with these items ie:- State the flight is a divert with Divert ICAO and Reason for divert 

      Example: Diverted to KLGA. Weather below landing minimums, Engine Failure !!  PAN PAN PAN.

Discord Rules

1. No Recording or anything that violates the privacy of others.(Unless authorised by that person or persons)

2. No mute/text abuse.
3. Respect the admins and members!
4. Do not copy names. For example: Black Wolf 1, Blackwolf 2, etc.
5. No offensive names
6. Do not spam. (Channelhopping is also spam!)
7. Voice convertors are not allowed.
8. File transfers are allowed in the Channel!
9. The channel Admin has the responsibility to monitor the channel / server.
    If you have a complaint, please contact the admin in charge.
    If there is no admin online you can always contact us later to make a complaint. We will listen to the both
    sides and we won't take any steps until we have listened to the full evidence from both sides.
    When asked please provide full evidence to support your complaint to the Admin for investigation.

10. This page does not cover all the rules; only the basic ones.
    If an admin finds an unfitting behavior he will moderate it accordingly.
11. No racism, if found being racist you will receive a first warning then after that a instant perm ban.
12. No bullying or verbal abuse will be tollerated you will be warned then after that a ban..
13. No pornographic or explicit content will be allowed 

Useful Information.

1.  Once you have signed up please download the Smartcars client and sign in ready for your first flight..

2.  Eastbound flights (heading 0-179) must cruise at odd altitudes in 2000 feet increments (i.e., FL190, FL210, FL230, etc.)

3.  Westbound flights (heading 180-359) must cruise at even altitudes in 2000 feet increments (i.e., FL180, FL200, FL220, etc.).
